L&L is one of our go to when craving a loco moco or spam masubi. Their pricing is affordable and the food is always delicious. Their Mac salad is the best in Brentwood. I usually order an extra scoop as a tasty treat the next day. I typically call in the order and pick-up and I'm in and out in minutes.
I like the chicken katsu because it's very crispy on the outer layer and has the tenderness inside. The size of portion is decent as well.
